- BE (Civil Engineering) or related discipline
- Additional Qualifications in Project Management will be preferred.
- Minimum 16 Years of Education
- PEC/HEC must recognize all Degrees
- Overall, seven years post-qualification experience with a minimum of 2 years experience managing, monitoring, and evaluating development projects.
- Experience in infrastructure development-related projects will be given preference.
